hank22 Posted November 17, 2016 Share Posted November 17, 2016 Hi Guys, Were having some issues with customers checking out. We use PayPal USA, Canada v1.3.9. Prestashop version 1.6.1.6 For some orders the checkout process goes normally and we see all order information in backend of Prestashop. The problem we're having is some orders don't transmit purchase details such as product purchased, size and color. The order is created in Prestashop and payment is accepted in PayPal.
