david90gc Posted November 17, 2016 Share Posted November 17, 2016 (edited) Buenas tardes, Probando todas las funcionalidades de mi prestashop he descubirto que si un usuario hace click en el botón de olvidé mi contraseña no recibe ningún email con el link para reestablecerle. A alguien más le ha sucedido? Sabéis a que puede ser debido? Si alguno podéis probar a ver si os pasa, registraros en bruvivant.com y tratad de hacerlo. A ver si trata solo de un fallo puntual. Además, es posible recibir una notificación cuando alguien realiza alguna transacción? Por la notificacion cuando alguien realiza un pedido sobra la tienda, hay un modulo que se llama "Mail alert" (Disculpen, estoy Canadiance, no se como se llamo en espanol) Ese modulo es disponible con PrestaShop. Martin Uker K Posted November 17, 2016 Share Posted November 17, 2016 Yeah, it is...The mail should deliver, you should talk about this issue with your Host...It doesn't seems to be an Application problem. On the mail settings, I've switched from use mail ()php to SMTP and insert the hosting data and it seems that's it's working. Thanks for your interest in help me.
