Disable list of changed files in admin / Configuration Information

Hi Guys,

Anyone can provide path where I could disable list of changed files in admin -> configuration Information ?

Sometimes it takes ageeees to load that list ..

 

I am not interested in load time extension, looking for something more like true/false this function
