CameliaP Posted November 9, 2016 Share Posted November 9, 2016 (edited) Hi, Our store hasn't been working for more than 24hrs now (both front end and back end) and haven't received any kind of support or feedback from Prestashop tech yet. First there were 503 and 504 errors (Bad Gateway, Server timed out), now there is this 404 Errors Message: Server not found. Can anybody help with suggestions on how to identify this error or know someone who can help? - we're prepared to pay. Thanks!
