Example, a product may have four or five tags in the appropriate field of CSV data file; but only two or three actually make it into tags field in the catalog back end. Typically one tag will be truncated mid-word. I'm guessing the field length needs to be increased, but have no idea how to do so. namastè Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 This is a problem which also presents today with the version 1.6 and 1.7, I am pleased that they have followed up on the issue ... what is this forum? there is someone who knows how to handle these errors, or it must necessarily buying a module? ... just business?
