Move "content_scene_cat" above the left and center columns

Hello everyone,

 

I followed a post to see how that could leave fixed block category where we insert the image and its description, above the left and center columns. So that left me like the picture that appears in the post:

I managed to do as he says, but the function that makes me put on the global.js, to reload the page looks like this in the position before and quickly moves up where I want it to be.

 

There is no other way to leave it fixed and that the "effect" is not appreciated?

 

Use prestashop 1.6.0.9.
