Complaint about password reset process

Hello,

 

We have found that the password reset process on PrestaShop is really clumsy.  The user has to click to reset the password and then fill in their e-mail, check the email to get a link, click the link to go to the website, check their email again to get the new password and then finally return to the website to enter it!  Does it really need to be this complicated?  Why can't PrestaShop just send the new password when a customer enters their e-mail address and asks to reset it?

 

What can be done about this?  This default set up is a pain.  Is there any way to change it?
