Issue moving my prestashop site to a folder

I was trying to move my prestashop site to the root of my host and now my site is not working...

 

 

I will explain you exactly what I did...

first my site was at "public_html/store" and it loaded correctly

so I moved all files to "public_html"

then I went to the database and at the table ps_shop_url I modified the field physical_uri, I change "/store/" by "/"

then I tried to load my site at www.isolution.com but there I got the "HTTP ERROR 500"

so how it didnt worked I went back all changes...

now I get "HTTP ERROR 500" at "public_html/store"

 

 

please help me!!! I need to recover my site!!!!
