Can I display the discount apply to each product by cart rule?

I have created a cart rule to apply a percentage reduction to a category of product by a group of customers.  When a customer in the group purchase the applicable products, the total discount is computed correctly.  But I would like to show the discount applied to each individual product, especially when a customer orders multiple products and the cart rule only applies to some of them.  The reduction is not stored in the ps_order_detail table.  

 

Any suggestion will be most appreciated.
