Numpty Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 Hi all, All of a sudden we stopped getting email confirmations when an order was placed and the customer is not getting a email confirmation either. When I placed a order myself after checkout I get this message: Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty Compiler: Syntax error in template "/home/mobile/public_html/jeepantics.co.uk/themes/theme1198/mails/en/order_conf_product_list.txt" on line 2 "{$product[\'reference\']}" - Unexpected "\" <-- thrown in /home/mobile/public_html/jeepantics.co.uk/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php on line 2 It is the same message if paying by PayPal or by Sagepay. The orders are showing up though in the back office. Can anybody throw some light on why us and our customers are not getting confirmation emails?
