incorrect cart with element template

I really need some help with this!
Since I changed to the element template from dgcraft, my cart doesn't function correct.

My problem is very strange. When I add an article in my shoppingcart, in the small cart on the left side, it shows perfectly fine. When I look in my cart to proceed the order, I can't see the article I want to buy, but the price it shows on the bottem is correct.

And to make it even more complicated: When I have products on sale (with a discount), it shows these products in my cart, however I didn't add them to my shoppingcart. But it only displays them, because the price is set to 0, and isn't added to the shoppingcart total.

This is offcourse not usable in this way, so I really hope someone can help me out here to fix this. If it is needed to post the source files, just tell me, and I'll upload them.
