Stephanie-SB Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 Hi, I'm trying to do a backup of my store as the last one was several months ago, but I have 12 files that are failing to transfer - how crucial is it that all files transfer successfully? Am using Filezilla, I've tried to complete this backup twice now and it doesn't want to transfer. The files it won't do are: /var/cpanel/styled/current_style /accesslogs /.cagefs/opt/alt/php44/link/config (also php 52,51,53,54,55,56,70) /.cagefs/tmp/.s/PGSQL.5432 /.cagefs/tmp/mysql.sock with the reason 'could not start transfer'. I have tried adding them back and processing the queue again but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated as it's quite frustrating.
