Can't edit the text from new voucher email

I have a problem I just can't figure...

I configure a client's PS website to send a voucher code by email to the subscribers to the newsletter.

 

The module blocknewsletter send 2 emaisl to the subscriber: 1 for the subscription confirmation and 1 with the voucher code.

 

The website is multilangage: English + French.

 

So I edited the texts on newsletter_voucher.html for each language.

 

For English, no problem. The email sent has the new text.

For French, however, the text do not correspond to the newsletter_voucher.html file. It's like another model file is used.

 

Did I miss something???

How are editing the mail templates, are you editing via back office or directly editing the file on the server?

 

From back office go to localizations -> translations -> email templates -> <your theme> -> your language (fr) -> modify -> find blocknewsletter module and edit newsletter_voucher.html

 

If you are manually editing the email templates on the server make sure you edit the templates found in the themes folder. eg:

themes/<your-theme>/modules/blocknewsletter/mails/fr
