I go to the theme installer and select the zip file for the theme, save it, it uploads 100% .... then poof ... nothing happens. The theme doesn't appear anywhere, no popups come up, nothing. Knowband Plugins Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 It seems that the issue is coming because you are uploading the wrong zip file. You need to extract the zip file first at your own system, then look for the theme installation zip file. Once you find it, upload it to theme installer. You can check the theme install manual to identify the exact name of the zip file which is needed to be uploaded to the Prestashop theme installer.
