carolinalour Posted October 4, 2016 Share Posted October 4, 2016 I'm ripping my hair out: I've changed my store from crafypapersco.wt.pt/prestashop to crafypapersco.wt.pt, by moving the files using the Cpanel->File Manager. I've then changed the DB ps_shop_url (maintained everything, changed "physical_url" to "/" instead of "/prestashop/")... However, now I can't access my website (both frontOffice and backOffice..) I can see the back office login (without css or js after I deleted the cookies!!), but I can't login... Can you please help me? Thank you!! Delete the .htaccess file Thank you for your reply! I searched the table but couldn't find any entry to change related to the url.. can you tell me the ID of the entry to change?
