ishi Posted October 3, 2016 Share Posted October 3, 2016 I have a website recently upgraded to Prestashop 1.6.1.5. It uses PayPal for payment processing. Since the upgrade a few orders include a line item called "Voucher Tax". On one order it was $999 while on another comparable order it was $1. It doesn't happen on every order and I can not find a pattern to why. It only shows up in PayPal and from what I can tell is never charged to the customer. Here is a cart summary where this happened. Cart Summary Voucher taxes $999.00 USDShipping $20.00 USDHydraulic System Upgrade for 1996-2006 Jaguar XKR/XK8.$1,000.00 USD Rebuild/Upgrade Service for '96-'06 Jaguar XKR/XK8 Hydraulic Pump$400.00 USD Item Total: $2,419.00 USDSales Tax: $0.00 USDShipping: $0.00 USDHandling: $0.00 USD Total amount: $1,420.00 USDFee amount: -$31.54 USDNet amount: $1,388.46 USD There is no item in the site named Voucher Tax.
