blocklayered problem external url rewrite manufacturer and category

I'v got some problem with the blocklayered function

 

Not an error but a rewrite problem

 

When I use the blocklayered functie insite of the webshop the url rewrite's to for instance

 

http://www.deoorbel.nl/oorbellen/blauw-13#/merk-versteegh

 

this is correct

 

But when i acces this same url form scratch by putting it into my browser the filter is removed en rewriten.

 

This behavior is only obsrved with category and manufactures?

Prestashop 1.6.1.4 and blocklayered version 2.0.7 (later version did not work)
