After confirm by customer, I have in BO a lot of comunicates "preparing package". It looks like here, but in polish:http://prntscr.com/couzueI don't know, where is the problem. Help me, please. 2grosiek7 Posted October 3, 2016 Author Share Posted October 3, 2016 No, automatically not.I have one problem more with order status - when I am logged to BO at morning, it is automatically changed from "waiting for payment" to "package preparing". Can you tell me what the DPD module do or is suppose to do? Are you using another carrier module than DPD? Are you selling on marketplace such as Amazon, Ebay....?
