Blocktopmenu don't show subcategory on hover but only on click

Hi everyone,

I use module blocktopmenu on my e-commerce, but when I move the cursor on a voice menu the subcategory don't appear.

The strange thing is that if I click the voice menu the submenu suddenly appear.

Why? Suggest?
