Tempie Posted September 21, 2016 Share Posted September 21, 2016 Hello, I'm using Mail alerts module on Prestashop 1.6.1.7, however my emails wont send confirmation on order to me, nor to the user. However testing e-mail processed in E-mail tab was sent successfully. I get "Error occured while sending email to customer" when I try to send email manually through Orders tab. Thanks for any help.
