Drop-down attributes

I'm creating a site for a client and came across a problem. The version is 1.2.5.0.

The page with the issue is http://missmadisonfinelinens.com/store/product.php?id_product=11.
You'll see I have 2 drop-down boxes with separate selections; I want to add 1 or 2 more drop-down boxes, but when I created the 2nd one, the add to cart button disappeared.

I've been reading on the forums but could not find a solution.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
