Payment with Banco Popular module

Bon dia a tots,

 

I am writing this post in English as I don't speak Spanish, but I am having a small issue with the Banco Popular module, and I think I need to speak to the Spanish community.

 

In my Redsys backoffice (https://canales.redsys.es) I can see 5 transactions for september.

 

3 for the 7th-sept, 1 on the 8th, and one on the 10th

 

Now I have no issues with the two last transactions, from the 8th and the 10th, as those transactions were payed, and they show up in my Prestashop backoffice as "payment accepted"

 

But the tranasctions for the 7th of september do not show up in the prestashop backoffice, not even as "canceled" or "Awaiting payment"

 

I cannot see the transactions in the "abandoned carts" section either.

 

 

Can anyone explain why this happens?

Update: I found the client by looking in the new registrations, and saw that a client subscribed on the 7th, and had one cart that had not been purchased.

I still don't understand why the module does not communicate back to Prestashop to give a "awaiting payment" or something like that.....
