Ueb Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 Hi everybody, I have a strange problem with shipment costs: I set 8 euro for Courier shipping for the Italian area, but are calculated 16 euro on the cart. The only way I have found to have 8 euro as the shipping cost is setting 0 € ! The strange thing is that the "Administrative expenses" are also 0 €, so I do not understand where they come from these 8 euro! Apium Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 Products can have their own handling charges, could you confirm for us that for this product, in "Product Edit -> Shipping" the "Additional shipping fees (for a single item)" are also set to zero?
