Minimum Stock

Hi all.

 

I need a field on the product page (bo), where I can enter a minimum amount of stock for each product.

 

And on product list (catalog -> product), I would like the products were below this value of "minimum stock" have the text (css for all line)  become red to warn that products already require restocking.

 

Also, I need an option to send an email to the "stockist" when the above condition occurred.
