Payment after stockroom check

Hi all,

I'm almost ready to open the new shop, but I have some problems to set up the payment section.

As it's impossible to me to keep track of what we really have in stock (real shop sells things while at the same time they're on the e-shop), I would like to put a "confirm order" option at the end of the checkout process, insted of redirect the customer straight to payment details.

After receiving the order and checking what we really have in stock, I'd send an invoice to the customer with payment details, total, and so on.

Is there a way to configure prestashop to only notify me about the order without suddenly show customers the payment module?

I'm using 1.25 version, english.
