Attribute problem, dropdown menu isn't displayed

Hi,

 

I have some problems in my product.tpl. When there is only one more combination available the attribute (size) isn't displayed anymore in the dropdown menu in the product. When you add the product to the cart you can see the correct size.

Now, i selected in the general settings that all attributes must be displayed, even when they are out of stock.

 

Does somebody know what would cause the problem?
