credentials for checking Prestashop support ticket (http://prestashop.freshdesk.com/support/login)

I opened a ticket for which I received a link to http://prestashop.freshdesk.com/support/login but my login credentials are not working.

 

I tried the "forgot your password" feature. The system tells me "Instructions to reset your password have been emailed to you. Please check your email." but I receive no email.

 

Any insights how to login / reset password welcome.
