Problem with combinations

I have a product and this product has several attributes

 

The product can be a painting(Tabla & Marco in example) or a canvas (Lienzo & Bastidor in example). If a canvas has the attributes size, tone, color but if a painting has only tone and size.

 

When I create the necessary combinations every time I get the color attribute so shows me the  prestashop error "This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination." because the canvas does not have the color attribute.

 

Well, what I get is that when choosing paint (Tabla & Marco in example) color attribute display and if i choose canvas (Lienzo & Bastidor in example) that attribute is not displayed to choose from. Is that possible? how can I do it?

yes, you may have configured incorrectly combinations for product.

given product link gives 404 error.

 

http://arcoirishome.com/prestashop/zamora/8-colegiata-de-toro.html

For this product only you configured Soporte - Tabla & Marco 

you didn't configure other options linzer & bastidor.

 

 

 

Create all the possible combinations and put it to quantity zero in stock and inventory tab.
