Sage 50 Accounts Sync/Intergration

I am looking for something to copy my products that have web publish enabled from sage, images and most of the product data including stock qty to prestashop then to import orders from prestashop to sage to adjust stock by creating a invoice in sage, may be best the other which way round to keep stock accurate or if there is anything already available, I would prefer it to be automatic and just two or three times a day would be ok for now
