darch59 Posted August 12, 2016 Share Posted August 12, 2016 Bonjour à tous, Depuis 3 jours, je rencontre un problème avec l'ajax sur mon Prestashop. - Module CDiscount : un message d'erreur s'affiche quand j'exporte mes produits sur la place de marché (voir fichier joint) - Mise à jour de Presta impossible car un message d'erreur lié à l'ajax s'affiche aussi. Analyzing the situation...Shop deactivated. Extracting files...[Ajax / Server Error for action unzip] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Service Unavailable " jqXHR: " J'ai un hébergement Performance chez OVH. Je les ai contacté 2 fois et ils n'ont rien trouvé d'anormal. J'ai vidé le cache CDN plusieurs fois mais rien ne change. darch59 Posted August 16, 2016 Author Share Posted August 16, 2016 Problème résolu. J'ai désactivé l'option CDN de OVH en changeant les adresses ip dans les zones DNS de mes noms de domaine. Tout refonctionne 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
