stopshop Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 HiThe problem I have has just appeared after adding a product (have loaded +300 products just fine until now).There was an error when saving the product (marked with discount price, not the first product with discount that we've done...), the name was too long so I corrected this and saved the product.This went well and the product was saved as well as live on the front-end.Now, we have several duplicates of this product that only appear in the Specials page but but have no image, description and cannot be removed. The only thing that appears is the discounted price.We have tried removing these duplicated products from the back-end, but they do not appear.We even searched by the products by their ID, no results either.Please, if anyone can assist us by removing/correcting this problem, I would really appreciate it.PS: to view this error, please visit our website and click on the Specials tab, you will see what I am referring to.Our website is www.stopshop.co.zaCheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
