Error 500 in almost all web, white screen then it loads well

Hello, 3 weeks from today after searching a lot about the lose of many SEO words, we find out that our web has been hacked for Bajatax the Morrocan hacker, we worked so hard to clean all the code and the public windows he created to our modules folder, here you can see some of the ways he have to hack Prestashop webs https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj45KjH23owgDQzyNgeMFww after a few weeks, and having the code clean, we still get many error 500 results from the bots, SEMrush continue telling us we have many many error 500 pages, we don't notice before as what happens is that when we click a page takes a little to load, we see a white screen for a few seconds, then the page loads, but it seams the bots including googlebot are seeing an error 500 page, so they go away, making us lost many seo words, we contacted our hosting, but they said is something in pur script, and programmers said there is nothing wrong with pur script, anyone else had this kind of problem before? Any advices?
