Issue with Product Comments and Loyalty module

Hi there!

First of all some info about my config:

 

Host: localhost (xampp)

Prestashop: 1.6.1.6

Product Comments: 3.5.2

Loyalty: 1.2.9

Theme: default with modified css files and one or two php files to increase letter count in product name, little tweak in JavaScript file to make sticky menu. No code was added.

 

Problem:

After installing both modules everything seems right (img_1) but when I click "Napisz recenzję" suddenly product count switch to 0 (img_2) and you can see message that this product is not avaible in this model. When I use only one of modules - everything work fine, problem start when I use both of them. Another shop work fine with both modules.
