Problem with menu bar being out of position

We have been using PrestaShop for a number of years now, with very few issues.

 

Over the weekend, the menu bar mysteriously changed position.

 

I have tried to resolve this issue by deleting the top horizontal menu and rebuilding it, with no success.

 

 

 

When I look at the page in live edit mode it looks as if the header content has been right justified. I do not recall seeing it like that in the past.

 

Modify: positions; does not seem to have anything to resolve the problem. At present the transparent to field is set to (display top) top of pages.

 

Does anybody have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? I suspect it is CSS code related.

In global.css line 528 you have float:right change it to width: 980px;
