WEMS Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) Since few days mail alerts for new orders are not working for 1 of our email address registered. We have saved an test email address and there we get emails when a customer order. The mail address works normally in mail system and we are able to send and get emails.
