cvanavi Posted June 26, 2016 Share Posted June 26, 2016 on the product page - where you create new product - there is a customization tab. Enter the number of text fields you want. So if you want 2 text fields like they have it on that website, then enter 2 and do a "save and stay." 2 text fields will pop up where you can enter the label for each of the text boxes on your product page.
