Problem After Trying To Update An Addon

I have been doing a little store maintenance and I noticed that 2 of my addons needed to be updated. I updated the first...no problem. Then the second gave me an error message and now no matter how many times I go in and out of my module list the only thing the shows is a white screen and this error:

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/vinefres/public_html/modules/crowdfunding/upgrade/upgrade-1.3.1.php:
Cannot redeclare getThemesList() (previously declared in /home/vinefres/public_html/modules/crowdfunding/upgrade/upgrade-1.3.0.php:35)

 

Do I just have to uninstall the crowdfunding module from the cpanel of my store? The site itself seems to still be functioning properly. It just created a problem accessing the module list in my prestashop backend.

Thanks I did delete the update file from my cpanel and everything seems to be working correctly.
