jchrisler Posted June 23, 2016 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Hi, I am a new Prestashop user, I was a long time OpenCart user who decided to try out new store software. I set up a Prestashop store in November, 2015 and am just now getting back to it. I am not able to log into the admin panel with the email and password that I was using last November. I tried the password recovery, but it says my email does not exist. I am at a loss as to what to do at this point to get into the administration area of the shop. Please, if anyone knows of any way I can get into the admin panel please let me know - I really don't want to pull the store down and start again, but will if that is the only option.
