St055 Posted June 23, 2016 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Bonjour, L'option RMA (retour marchandise" est bien activé dans le back office (avec 14 jours de délais). Mais lorsque le client va dans son compte, sous la commande concerné (status livrée et en dessous de 14 jours après livraison), il n'y a pas l'option de retour de marchandise!
