rocky
Have you entered your bankwire details under the Payment > Bankwire > Configure? It is lines 10-12 of modules/bankwire/validation.php that pass in those variables: '{bankwire_owner}' => Configuration::get('BANK_WIRE_OWNER'), '{bankwire_details}' => nl2br(Configuration::get('BANK_WIRE_DETAILS')), '{bankwire_address}' => nl2br(Configuration::get('BANK_WIRE_ADDRESS'))

rocky
Sorry, but I can't help any more. If you have set your bankwire details on the configuration page and they are in the ps_configuration table under 'BANK_WIRE_OWNER', 'BANK_WIRE_DETAILS' and 'BANK_WIRE_ADDRESS', and modules/bankwire/validation.php is passing those variables into the mail template as {bankwire_owner}, {bankwire_details} and {bankwire_address}, then those strings should be replaced with what you entered. I can't think of why they wouldn't be.
