Loyalty program in My Account

Hello everyone,

 

I have a problem with the Loyalty Program. When a user goes to his account and clicks on the loyalty program link, it displays an error saying the page could not be loaded. Not even a 404 or anything, just like it does not work and does not exist.

I have friendly URL activated (re-generated the htaccess by deactivating/reactivating just in case)

I have removed and reinstalled the module to see, no changes

I have PS 1.6.1.4

PHP 5.6

 

I looked around and it seems this problem has been seen before, one person said to deactivate friendly URLs to make it work, but in no way do I want my shop without friendly URLs...

 

Anyone who would know how to fix it?
