gazzza182 Posted June 20, 2016 Share Posted June 20, 2016 I have a strange problem. A few customers have messaged to say that they are unable to view their recent orders online. Having looked into this, it appears that they have placed an order as a guest, but with the same details as used on their customer account! I tried to order as a guest myself, with my e-mail, which is already linked to a customer account, and received the error message "An account using this email address has already been registered." It seems that customers who were imported into the database can check out as a guest. Customers who register on the site cannot check out as a guest, although I don't understand why.
