Nandos Posted June 17, 2016 Share Posted June 17, 2016 (edited) Hi guys! I'm trying to understand WHEN prestashop physically generates delivery slip document for an order. I'd want to decide WHEN it has to be generated, because it's up to me and it is related to my actions during the preparation and shipment of the order (or at least to know when it does that, so i can adapt to the system!). Logically, it should generate the delivery slip document when i actually ship and send the package, so just at the moment i change order status to "Sent" Thanks in advance! edit: removed references to invoice requesting edit2: it's possible to set to show it in the account panel to make it downloadable by the user, as it works with invoices?
