regenerate htaccess on multistore

Hi, I'm carrying on our site from local server for testing on malfunctions



It's a multistore, following the guide I get to the point where it tells me to rebuild the htaccess







Though being a multistore should I go from inside "shops" in "settings"---> "General" and first deactivate the multistore saving, and then reactivate it by saving

Only this procedure leads me to seal the site, to the reactivation of the multistore I end up with a blank page with no indications of errors that repeats for all site pages (evidently htaccess generated bad I think)



Can someone help me? Thank you

Can you try to go to SEO and URL and save with multistore disabled? I'm running multistore and I never disable it on my testserver and have never had issues, maybe I'm doing it wrong but if it works.

 

edit: or investigate the htaccess file manually, probably easiest to spot errors like that

It is not installed in my local pc, it was delivered from local to remote

Are you on localhost?  Sorry didn't see your last words. Because www.dasklassischeitalienischemobel.de won't work then I presume.

But what is the context of the issue? Is this a new install, an upgrade, ...?

ok so you still have localhost in there while it is on a server somewhere?

then I'd check my multistore settings

 

edit: you can also check settings in the db: ps_configuration (screenshot)

edit2: ps_shop_url contains th" actual settings for multistore it could cause issues

We have some problem in www.ilmobileclassicoitaliano.it (first domain) after an upgrade of prestashop on server (serverplan after migration) (theme default)

It was delivered from remote to local to debug the error....

In remote i can't debug the error because i can't see all image and if i click in all link, they get output to me an error 404 (page not found). I think is an incorrect htacess configuration.

The backoffice correctly.


In PS_SHOP_DOMAIN and PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL i have value localhost

was prestashop upgraded or the server? serverplan after migration = ?

I think testing on localhost won't help you much if it's a server issue. On localhost we have to work with virtual uri's and on the server this is totally different with domains so the htaccess file will look totally different. You can however test your prestashop upgrade on localhost but then first remove all domains and replace with virtual uri.

 

If you did an upgrade of Prestashop version then it could be many things causing the issue.

First try enabling debugger (_PS_MODE_DEV_) in config/defines.inc.php to verify errors in this case.
