[SOLVED] '255 for language' error when trying to import- help

Hello,

I am getting the following error on some of my product submissions when
trying to import:

Blackberry Mini-USB AC Travel Chrg Fold (ID ) cannot be saved
Product->meta_keywords length > 255 for language

I searched around but could not find a solution.

Can anyone help by chance?

This error message means that some of your products have more than 255 characters in the meta_keyword field, which is not allowed in Prestashop. You need to edit each of these products in your CSV and reduce the length of the meta_keywords fields to be no more than 255 characters, then they should import fine.

Hi rocky,

I tried reducing the number of characters in the meta_keyword field in the CSV and tried it several times
and I get the same exact errors.

Anything else I can try?

As I mentioned above, that error means that you are trying to import more than 255 characters in the meta-keywords field. You should make sure that you are using no more than 255 characters.
