[SOLVED] Cell Phone Navigation & Menu not working (Prestashop v1.6.15)

Hi all, 

After failing to find an answer in the documents & forums, I will try my luck here. 

Where can I set, amend Navigation for Cell phone users: 
1. In the Header Navigation 
and/or
2. MENU + (doesn't open at all on my Android Samsung cell phones)

Solved problem as following:
1. Go To Modules: Find Top horizontal menu 
2. Press Configure's arrow (don't go inside) and choose 
3. Reset (with option not to change parameters) 

Maybe this can help others to solve similar problems too (found the solution in the forum under an iPHONE post)
