lowlight Posted April 30, 2010 Share Posted April 30, 2010 It has come up quite a few times, where a customer wants to modify the items in their cart after they have paid. However as far as I can tell, there is nowhere in the admin section to do this.Is there a module out there that lets us edit carts? Or do we have to modify the database ourselves? brandonc503 Posted April 30, 2010 Share Posted April 30, 2010 i guessed one would make a voucher of their money back to them to use or make a payment back to them. i would do voucher back so they definitely do their order again with out really 2nd guessing their purchase. and ones that contact you that want cash, then send to them eather from check or money order or back thru pay pal.as far as just editing the order could do manually across tables in database. or making second order in back office Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
