1.6.1.5 SEO how to get the title <H1> in the first position

I deal with SEO, yet I have the highest headline H2, unfortunately, the first heading is to slide the banner. Is there any possibility to get under the headline H1 logo?


I came across here to debate that discusses H1, but wrong. In H1 tag is text-only. E.g.

<H1> something </ H1>

tag, and this need to get the first position, and should always appear either above or below the logo.

 

So supplement.

On the home page H1 it is not - it's wrong, but when I click on the product and the product name H1 is so hard if I said I suddenly H1 tag 2x H1 and it is wrong again.

Does anybody have a solution?
