tax help UK (deleted states)

i installed prestashop on another site and it worked great

so i installed it on another of my sites, i remember having a problem with tax and it was down to states so i deleted all the states but no fix problem

i just turned them off on the other site when checked and the taxes seem to work



surely its not down to deleting them, ive been through everything to get the tax to work but its having non of it,

it keeps displaying -tax price but stating incudes tax

headache
