Transfer module to some hook

hey you all,

 

I see that you are the best man of prestashop here so I wonder if you can help me - 

 

I'm trying to transfer the featured module from home section to top column (right under the slider)

But I can't see it in the select box

 

 

What code and files should I modify for it adding the topcolumn hook to this module??
